This Cookie Policy (“Policy”) explains how Stovekraft Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 and having its registered office at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India (“SKL”, “Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”), uses cookies and similar tracking technologies when a user (“you” or “User”) visits or interacts with any website, sub-domain, mobile site or online storefront owned, operated or controlled by SKL under its Pigeon and Gilma brands (collectively, the “Website”).

This Policy is issued as a supplement to, and forms an integral part of, SKL's Privacy Policy, and should be read together with it. In the event of any conflict between this Policy and the Privacy Policy specifically in relation to the use of cookies, this Policy shall prevail.

Scope and Applicability

(a)

This Policy applies to all cookies, web beacons, pixel tags, local storage objects, software development kit (SDK) identifiers and similar tracking technologies (collectively, “Cookies”) deployed on the Website, whether placed by SKL directly (“first-party Cookies”) or by third parties on SKL's behalf or independently (“third-party Cookies”).

What are Cookies?

(a)

On the User's first visit to the Website, a cookie consent banner shall be displayed, enabling the User to: (i) accept all Cookies; (ii) reject all non-essential Cookies; or (iii) customise consent on a category-by-category basis through the preference centre.

(b)

A User may withdraw previously granted consent, or modify Cookie preferences, at any time by accessing the preference centre link available in the footer of the Website, or through the applicable settings of the User's browser as described in Clause 8 below.

(c)
